This workout is an obstacle course consisting of 3 unique and separately timed sections.

ALL DIVISIONS

Teams will move through the obstacle course in the following sequence.

Section 1 - 6 minutes

1 minute transition

Section 2 - 6 minutes

1 minute transition

Section 3 - 6 minutes

The score for this workout is the total reps completed from all sections.

This workout is scheduled for Saturday.
